What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 500kg for general products and more than 5 tons for new customized products.
Can you produce aluminum profiles based on custom drawings?
Yes, we have professional engineers to design CAD drawings and establish molds according to specific customer requirements.
What certifications and standards do you follow?
We are ISO certified. Our products comply with international standards including DIN, AAMA, AS/NZS, and China GB.
What is the typical delivery time?
It takes 2-3 weeks to open new molds and create samples. Mass production typically takes 3-4 weeks after receipt of deposit and order confirmation.
What are your standard packaging methods?
Commonly we use shrink films or kraft paper. We can also provide customized packaging solutions based on customer requirements.
What are the accepted payment terms?
Usually, we accept T/T (30% deposit and balance before shipment). L/C is also an acceptable payment method.
