Quality Control is one of our most important links. We attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production process. All products are fully processed and strictly tested before packaging.
Can I get samples for checking the quality?
We are very glad to provide free samples for you to check quality. You are responsible for the initial sample shipping costs, which will be refunded after your formal order is placed.
What's your delivery time?
In-stock products can be dispatched the next day, while customized products typically take 15 days after we receive the deposit.
What are your payment terms?
We accept TT (30% as deposit, and 70% balance payment upon sight of BL copy) or L/C at sight.
Is OEM available?
Yes, OEM service is available in our factory. You just need to provide your LOGO or design requirements.
