Product Structure: The structure of cadmium telluride thin-film solar cells consists of five layers: glass substrate, transparent conductive oxide layer (TCO), cadmium sulfide (CdS) window layer, cadmium telluride (CdTe) absorption layer, and back contact/electrode.
The enterprise specializes in the R&D and production of cadmium telluride (CdTe) and perovskite thin-film solar cells. Focusing on BIPV (Building-Integrated Photovoltaics) and consumer electronics, the technology serves diverse applications from centralized power plants to renewable energy vehicles and satellite antenna systems.

The R&D team has established dedicated laboratories achieving breakthroughs in high-efficiency, low-cost perovskite cells and advanced thin-film deposition equipment, including close-space sublimation (CSS) and vapor transfer deposition (VTD).
